4th OF JULY CELEBRATIONS- Sunday (alphabetical by city)

Arvada 4th of July Festival –
Independence Day Celebration - Celebrate with family fun, music, kids activities, entertainment and FIREWORKS. Presented with Apex Park and Recreation District and KOOL 105. Nancy Bentzen, Chair 303-421-5305.

Aurora 4th of July Festival –
starting at 7:00 pm, fireworks at 9:30 pm
Aurora Municipal Center lawn – Chambers at Alameda
Live music including the Aurora Symphony orchestra, food and beverages and capped off by fireworks

Broomfield Great American Picnic and Fireworks Extravaganza – 303-464-5530
festivities start at 5:30 pm, concert Nacho Men at 7:00 pm, fireworks at 9:15 pm
NW corner of City and County Municipal Center Complex – Third Avenue and DesCombes

Northglenn 4th of July Family Festival
E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park, across from City Hall, 11701 Community Center Drive
The July 4th Family Festival is Northglenn’s longest-running special event.

There are fun activities for kids of all ages and many families arrive before sunrise to stake out an area near beautiful Webster Lake.

Activities begin at 7 a.m. and conclude with a breathtaking fireworks display at 9:30 p.m., when the park is packed with 8,000 people!

Scheduled activities include a pancake breakfast, senior bake sale, the Bike, Trike, Wheelchair and Patriotic Pooches Parade. Visitors can ride pedal boats on Webster Lake throughout the day – even during the fireworks!

5 p.m. - Walk-Around Entertainers and Food Vendors

6-7 p.m. - Thornton Community Band

6:35 p.m. - Military flyover featuring four F-16's

7:50 p.m. - Presentation of Colors

8 p.m. - Longmont Symphony Orchestra

9:30 p.m.- Parachute Jump

As soon as the parachutists land the fireworks with start

Westminster 4th of July –

Friday, July 4, 6:00-9:30 pm, fireworks at dusk

Westminster City Park – 105th and Sheridan Blvd

Come enjoy the best fireworks show in the north metro area. There will be a concert before, food vendors and fireworks at dusk.
